The organization has contracted expert staff for the position of BTA (Business Technical Advisor). These officers develop their work in the distributors’ facilities on a permanent basis premises, and their main role is to support them throughout the technical, business and promotional strategy.
Technical staff trains BTAs on technical aspects and assesses other needs for end users such as engineering or specification of the number and type of material to be used in specific projects. Each distributor has information on the products, their uses and applications.
PRODEX® has a kit for each product, including fact sheet, PDF leaflet, technical presentation, step-by-step installation, brochures, samples and Historias de éxitos (“Success Stories”) magazine.
Distributors are constantly trained by PRODEX® expert staff and communication channels via telephone calls, e-mails and regular visits. PRODEX® makes available to the general public documentation on the web page and an e-mail address for customers to ask for information and/or assistance.
